4月8日(ri),我公司(si)參與并實施的(de)(de)國家重點(dian)研發(fa)計劃“工業園區多元用戶(hu)互(hu)動的(de)(de)配用電系統關鍵技術研究與示范”項目(mu)在廣州(zhou)順利(li)通過工信(xin)部組織的(de)(de)項目(mu)綜合(he)績效評(ping)價(jia)驗收。

該項目(mu)屬(shu)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)重(zhong)點研(yan)發(fa)計劃“智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)技(ji)術與裝備”重(zhong)點專項,由(you)廣(guang)東電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司(si)(si)廣(guang)州(zhou)供電(dian)(dian)局牽頭(tou)承擔(dan),10家(jia)(jia)單位合作,我公司(si)(si)負責(ze)項目(mu)部分關(guan)鍵技(ji)術研(yan)發(fa)、實地勘探以及整(zheng)個(ge)項目(mu)落地實施。項目(mu)示范(fan)區為(wei)廣(guang)州(zhou)從化(hua)明珠工業園,占地約58平(ping)方公里(li),能(neng)(neng)源應用場景涵蓋了屋頂光伏、廠內配用電(dian)(dian)、中央空調、冰(bing)蓄冷、壓差發(fa)電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)儲能(neng)(neng)、有序生產、燃氣鍋爐等。自(zi)示范(fan)項目(mu)實施以來,節能(neng)(neng)效益顯著(zhu)。
較2016年項目實(shi)施前,園區用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)年用(yong)(yong)能總量(liang)減少14%,總費用(yong)(yong)降(jiang)低(di)(di)28%,單位產值(zhi)能耗(hao)降(jiang)低(di)(di)6%,單位產量(liang)能耗(hao)降(jiang)低(di)(di)5%。其中,年度用(yong)(yong)電(dian)費用(yong)(yong)降(jiang)低(di)(di)30%,用(yong)(yong)熱費用(yong)(yong)降(jiang)低(di)(di)24%,用(yong)(yong)電(dian)成本降(jiang)低(di)(di)20%。通過用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)直購電(dian)、分布式(shi)光伏、用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)側儲能、空調節(jie)能、能源梯(ti)級(ji)利用(yong)(yong)等手段(duan),提高綜合用(yong)(yong)能可靠性,園區用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)共節(jie)省電(dian)費支(zhi)出670余萬元(yuan)。

據悉,該項目(mu)包含5個重(zhong)點課題(ti),自2016年7月啟動至2021年4月通過項目(mu)驗(yan)收(shou),歷時1800天。我公司先后參(can)與實施了(le)(le)保障綜(zong)合(he)供能(neng)(neng)(neng)可靠性的(de)(de)多能(neng)(neng)(neng)協(xie)調控制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu)與綜(zong)合(he)控制(zhi)(zhi)系、基于多能(neng)(neng)(neng)協(xie)同(tong)的(de)(de)源-網(wang)(wang)-荷-儲智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)調度方法與系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)綜(zong)合(he)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源與智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)配用電系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)示范工程(cheng)等3個重(zhong)點課題(ti)。建設(she)了(le)(le)多套中央空調節能(neng)(neng)(neng)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、分體空調智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)群控系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)生(sheng)產線有序控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),完(wan)成(cheng)設(she)計開發和(he)現場部署(shu)1個園(yuan)區綜(zong)合(he)能(neng)(neng)(neng)量管(guan)理系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)6個企業分布自治綜(zong)合(he)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),實現了(le)(le)園(yuan)區內橫向(xiang)冷、熱(re)、電、氣的(de)(de)多能(neng)(neng)(neng)協(xie)同(tong),縱向(xiang)源、網(wang)(wang)、荷、儲的(de)(de)優化調度,以(yi)及上級電網(wang)(wang)、園(yuan)區、企業和(he)分布式資源的(de)(de)多級友好互動。

目前,園(yuan)區80%以上(shang)的用電(dian)(dian)量實(shi)現自(zi)發自(zi)用,通過(guo)工商(shang)業(ye)用戶互動實(shi)現削減峰值(zhi)負荷(he)大于20%,峰時段用電(dian)(dian)占比降低(di)52%,谷時段用電(dian)(dian)占比增加44%,極(ji)大地促(cu)進電(dian)(dian)網(wang)削峰填(tian)谷,實(shi)現了多能(neng)互補和源網(wang)荷(he)儲一體(ti)化運營。每(mei)年(nian)實(shi)現減少CO2排放(fang)1.6萬(wan)噸,協(xie)助用戶實(shi)現能(neng)耗“雙控(kong)”,樹立了清(qing)潔低(di)碳、安全高(gao)效(xiao)的中國(guo)工業(ye)園(yuan)區配用電(dian)(dian)技術的典型示范。

以(yi)該重點研(yan)發項目為支撐(cheng),我公司自主創新研(yan)發的(de)E2800綜(zong)合能源管理系統(tong),通過了中國(guo)電工技術學會組織(zhi)院士(shi)領(ling)(ling)銜專(zhuan)家(jia)組的(de)科技成(cheng)(cheng)果鑒定,關鍵技術處于“國(guo)際(ji)領(ling)(ling)先”水(shui)平,已廣泛(fan)應用于東莞、深圳等國(guo)內多個(ge)城市,成(cheng)(cheng)為高耗能企業(ye)的(de)“減(jian)碳利器”。
