所謂岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu),就是(shi)船(chuan)只(zhi)在碼(ma)頭靠岸(an)(an)后,用岸(an)(an)基電(dian)(dian)(dian)源替代(dai)(dai)柴油機發電(dian)(dian)(dian),直接(jie)對船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),以(yi)減少(shao)船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)在港口(kou)停(ting)泊時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)污染排放。聽(ting)上(shang)(shang)去(qu)岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)只(zhi)是(shi)用岸(an)(an)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)來(lai)替代(dai)(dai)船(chuan)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)柴油發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機,但這(zhe)絕(jue)不(bu)是(shi)從(cong)岸(an)(an)上(shang)(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網拉兩根電(dian)(dian)(dian)線這(zhe)么簡單。首先,岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)碼(ma)頭是(shi)高溫、高濕、高腐蝕性的(de)(de)(de)(de)惡(e)劣用電(dian)(dian)(dian)環境(jing)。其次,各個(ge)國家船(chuan)只(zhi)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率(lv)不(bu)盡相同(tong)(tong)。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),各個(ge)噸位的(de)(de)(de)(de)船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)需(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和功(gong)(gong)率(lv)接(jie)口(kou)也不(bu)同(tong)(tong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)需(xu)要滿(man)(man)足從(cong)380V到(dao)10KV的(de)(de)(de)(de)跨度,功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也存在幾(ji)千伏(fu)安到(dao)十兆(zhao)伏(fu)安以(yi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)需(xu)求。此外(wai),各個(ge)公(gong)司船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)對外(wai)接(jie)口(kou)不(bu)同(tong)(tong),岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)要能主動檢測和適應(ying)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)口(kou),以(yi)滿(man)(man)足不(bu)同(tong)(tong)公(gong)司船(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)求。
可以說,岸(an)電(dian)技術是一門新興的綜(zong)合的系統解決(jue)工程,要(yao)針對(dui)不(bu)同(tong)實際情況提供不(bu)同(tong)船舶供電(dian)方(fang)法。節能減排(pai)是國家(jia)戰(zhan)略(lve)舉措,特別針對(dui)船舶港(gang)(gang)口(kou)污染的問題,國家(jia)提出(chu)了港(gang)(gang)口(kou)轉(zhuan)型升級(ji)的戰(zhan)略(lve),顯然,岸(an)電(dian)技術是實現港(gang)(gang)口(kou)綠色減排(pai)的重要(yao)途徑。
