In 1980, the company successfully developed support equipment for China’s trail launch of carrier rockets into the Pacific Ocean.
In December 1982, the company jointly developed the microcomputer-based remote terminal unit (RTU) with Shandong University of Technology, and applied computer technology in the field of power dispatching, which changed the development pattern of Chinese electric power industry.
In 1982, the company successfully developed support equipment for China’s Julang project - a test project for submerged launch, and won two commendations from the CPC Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and the State Council.
